ICQ has Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error
I have the same behaviour (not being able to start icq; it seems to hog all memory until i get the visual c++ error).
I use win2k and the latest icq version.
Icqlite seems to work.
JUST RUN ICQ DB CONVERT !!! THIS ACTION MAKES YOU FILL BETTER AND
resolves THE PROBLEM
make sure icq is closed..
go to My Computer, C:, Program Files, ICQ, and run the "DBconvert"... that should fix the problem.. it worked for me.. and if that dont work go here
and download that and it will work for sure!
